This season, Working Man Hand Made introduces a new addition to our fall collection: handblown glass witches' hats. Designed and crafted in our studio using traditional glassblowing techniques, each piece is shaped from molten glass to create the familiar silhouette of a pointed hat with a wide brim and tapered point.

The process requires precision, timing, and a steady hand, captured in this behind-the-scenes video showing the full creation from start to finish. These hats are made in small batches, making each one unique while maintaining consistent quality and form.

A limited supply of glass witch’s hats will be available during our Fall Studio Sale on October 4 and 5. If you’re looking to add a seasonal accent to your home or collection, we recommend arriving early! Keep an eye on our website and social media for more updates and product previews.

Mark your calendars! On Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we’re opening our doors for the 4th Annual Fall Studio Sale at Working Man Hand Made, and you won’t want to miss it.

Celebrate the season with us as we debut our Fall Seasonal Collection, featuring our ever-popular glass pumpkins—each one handblown and one-of-a-kind. In addition to shopping our seasonal pieces and studio favorites, guests will have the unique opportunity to watch live hot glass demonstrations throughout the day. Come see glassblowing in action and learn about our creative process.

The studio will be open for browsing, questions, and conversations with the artist. It is a great chance to connect with us, explore the space, and take home something special.

This month the Working Man Hand Made Glass Studio celebrates its one year anniversary in its New Jersey location! Opened in April 2022, The WMHM Glass Studio is a 2,000-square foot, custom-built, professional glass-blowing studio featuring a 600 lb. furnace, a metal shop, and a cold shop. The studio opened its doors to the public for the first time on October 8 and 22, 2022 for its first annual Fall Studio Sale.

Since 2022, the studio has completed numerous product commissions, has fabricated equipment for studios on the east coast, has hosted the public for two annual events, has provided atelier and glass fabrication services for numerous artists, and much more.
