Working Man Hand Made, a glass and design company originally established in Philadelphia, P.A., is owned and operated by Skitch Manion. We value and are dedicated to creating well-designed and well-crafted objects that are comfortable and relatable. Each contemporary, handblown glass design is fabricated using traditional Italian glassmaking techniques while being inspired by modern aesthetics. Working Man Hand Made objects are noted for their clean designs, subtle yet strong color palette, and impeccable craftsmanship.
Over 20 years of glassmaking experience influence each collection. We offer accent pieces for residential and commercial interiors and exteriors. This includes but is not limited to contemporary interior décor accents, lighting, elegant drinkware, and one-of-a-kind custom glass.

The Working Man Hand Made Studio is a 2,000-square foot, custom-built, professional glass blowing studio featuring a 600lb. furnace, a metal shop, and a cold shop. The studio is located in South Jersey, amongst the idyllic farmlands.

Skitch Manion owns and operates Working Man Hand Made, a glass and design company originally based in Philadelphia, P.A. and now located in South Jersey. At the start of his career he was instantly drawn to the significant history and technical challenge of the craft. He believes glassblowing requires a specific lifestyle, centered around dedication to the craft. He has always sought perfection in craftsmanship in glassblowing, studying under some of the industry's most highly regarded makers. During his over twenty years of experience, he has had the opportunity to work with maestros, Pino Signoretto and Lino Tagliapietra, who he has long admired for their devotion and discipline in glassblowing. He aspires to be a resource as a skilled maker and upholds the tradition of refined skill in glassblowing.
